Our London Broil
1 to 3     pound London broil
3             Onions, cut in wedges
1/2 cup  Water
1/2          bottle barbecue sauce, optional (up to 1)
                Buns, optional

We have a simple and favorite recipe we like to use in bad weather. We get London Broil preferably on sale for about $1.99 a pound. A 2 to 3 pound one works well. Peel and cut into thin wedges 3 onions putting about 1/2 of them in the bottom of the crockpot then putting the meat in on top and the rest of the onions on top. Then add 1/2 cup water and cook on low power for about eight hours! The taste is wonderful and the meat tender. And cleanup will be extra easy if you spray the crockpot with Pam before filling it!! You can also use the same meat and 1/2 to one whole bottle of barbecue sauce, cook all day and  serve on buns!! Yum!!! Enjoy,  All Recipes Recipe Source!
